T-BAG Molekularpathologie Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg GbR was founded at the beginning of 2019. Our goal is to offer precise and rapid molecular pathology examinations in the field of predictive oncology. The form of a supra-regional T-BAG (partial group practice) of pathologists paired with state-of-the-art technology and bioinformatics offers optimal conditions for patient-oriented care with predictive assays for tumor patients. Most analyses are performed on tumor cells or tumor tissue, which were primarily processed and diagnosed in the practices\/institutes of our shareholders. This is the shortest path to molecular analyses on tissue. In addition, we offer the analysis of cell-free tumor DNA (cfDNA) for specific entities. The results are discussed in the regular tumor conferences with well-coordinated teams.<\/p>\n
We do not deny that we also pursue a professional-political goal: We would like to maintain and even increase the attractiveness of pathology in private practice in order to offer pathologists trained at large university institutes a contemporary working environment.<\/p>\n
